You've heard of one-to-one (or 1:1), so what's the big deal here? Well, at Luxemburg-Casco School District we realize that technology is another invaluable resource in the ever-growing arsenal of our educators and students. We aren't simply interested in giving every student a device - we're interested in giving every student a portal to the world. To us, one-to-one means much more than one device for every student. It means giving students and educators the tools and the environment necessary to facilitate a one-teacher-one-student personalized education.
The Luxemburg-Casco One to World program fulfills the district's goal of providing each and every Spartan with equal access to modern resources that will be necessary to maximize learning. But One to World also allows our educators to reach our students, and our students to reach the world, in ways that weren't possible before the rise of technology. Above all, One to World is an integral component of Luxemburg-Casco's student-centered focus on education.

HANDBOOKS
With increased access to technology comes greater responsibility on the part of our students. Here you'll find the handbooks that outline expectations for students (and parents) pertaining to the use of technology within the One to World framework.
STUDENT SERVICE DESK
In order to provide students with an opportunity to earn experience in customer service and Information Technology services, a student service desk will be implemented at the High School. The service desk will be in charge of facilitating repairs for student Chromebooks, troubleshooting for and training students and staff, providing level one hardware and software support, and various other responsibilities. Students have already applied for this opportunity and staff is in the process of evaluating applications. The service desk will have its own web presence as it develops. Stay tuned for more details as we get closer to launch.
